How We Make This Accessible
The Fellowship of Worship Artists is blessed by a diverse membership with a broad range of gifts. We work to amplify the voices of our members, network with partners in ministry from institutions and organizations across the country, and cultivate and equip emerging talents and skillsets.

National and
Regional Events
The Fellowship offers annual in-person gatherings and virtual opportunities to connect around upcoming church seasons, identified training needs, and new resources as they become available.
Print and Digital Communications
We offer a living page full of resources for each particular worship arts focus area , weekly devotional emails, social media, members-only discussion forums, and will be adding a podcast in 2026.
Community Building and Networking Opportunities
As an intergenerational and interdisciplinary organization, we offer mentoring opportunities, new member connections, and small group study and formation sessions.

Fellowship Reflections Weekly Devotional
Delivered weekly to more than 400 Fellowship members, and seasonally to more than 2,000 subscribers, the weekly Fellowship Reflections email is an important part of The Fellowship's mission to provide unique content and inspiration for our network of worship artists. These emails feature scripture, a short devotion, guided meditation videos, and complimentary multimedia content, including videos and audio playlists.
Our emails have an average open rate of over 60% and a click thru rate of over 6%, both exceeding industry and non-profit averages.​

Fellowship Reflections Devotionals follow the Revised Common Lectionary.
If you are a publisher and have an anthem, study guide, or other resource that you would like to have highlighted at a particular time separate from the regular ads, let's connect and make that happen.

If you are a media / content provider, we are constantly looking for contemporary resources to provide - especially to our smaller churches who don't have the same staff sizes as our large churches - to make Sunday morning preparations a little bit easier. Creativity is at the heart of worship arts and we are excited to find more ways to help you help our members. The Fellowship Reflections Devotional emails are the most consistently read and shared content we provide. As Christians, everything we do is for the glory of God, and we are excited to partner with others in this work!
Print and Digital Communications
Our website is comprised of two sections – public pages where you can get to know The Fellowship, and content pages only available to our members.
Our members' space offers over 70 original liturgical dance choreographies; over 130 original dramatic readings, monologues, and short scripts; job listings, worship slide packs for each season, special Sundays, and services; and over 130 past issues of WorshipArts magazine - including a catalogue of all articles included in those issues, broken down by worship arts field.

In addition to these incredible options, we offer a quarterly resource – a living webpage, if you will – called Worship Cues. This resource provides a compilation of materials from The Fellowship, as well as recommendations for other resources prepared by our partners in ministry. Ad space on our homepage is portioned in 30-day increments, which can start on any date you choose. Up to three advertisers may hold this space at any given time; the ads will rotate through, slideshow / carousel style for each user.
A 10% discount will be offered for multiple months, or multiple simultaneous placements.

Music & Worship Arts Week Communications
Our annual event is designed for worship leaders, musicians, visual artists, dancers, actors, and pastors of all denominations who seek education and renewal in a spirit of inclusivity and grace.​ It is an incredible opportunity for fellowship and growth.

From the first of the year to the last day of Music & Worship Arts Week, we send a weekly email with all the latest updates about what to expect at MWAW. This email goes out to more than 2,000 subscribers and is always one of our most opened emails of the year.

Event Program​

This year's program book comes in both digital and print options and offers all of the scheduling information, worship outlines, seminar information, leadership bios, and so much more! It is the resource that everyone who attends MWAW uses on a daily basis, and it is also handed out to community members who drop in for worship each morning. This is the best way to get your content in front of our network at MWAW.
Digital copies will include a link from your advertisement. Print copies will include a QR code.

Event app
​
The event app is a free, mobile platform for attendees to view all of the information contained in the Program Book from their mobile devices. Attendees can create custom schedules, post photos from the event, and view handouts from seminars. There is a separate section in the app for sponsors; a listing would contain your logo, a URL and 1-2 sentences about the item that you wish to promote to our attendees.
This space would be ideal for a special discount/promo code or a specific product you wish to highlight.

Our 2026 app is almost finished, but you can look at our MWAW2025 app to get a feel for what the space looks like. Your ad would be included in the announcements portion and would be pushed to participant phones when posted.
