The Fellowship is led by a national board and a team of national staff members. Our national board and staff consist of leaders from across the country, each responsible for a particular area of ministry within The Fellowship. Recording Secretary: Jane serves at Westwood United Methodist Church in Kalamazoo, MI, and is an active member of The Fellowship's Michigan Chapter.

Vice President of Community: Josh serves as Director of Music Ministries, at Trinity United Methodist Church in Birmingham, AL.

Events Co-Coordinator: Thomas serves as Director of Music and Worship Arts at First United Methodist Church in Fort Worth, TX.

Rev. Dr. Camisha Chambers

Executive Director: Camisha works closely with the National Board to manage the direction of the Fellowship.

Dave Wiltse

WorshipArts Editor Emeritus: Dave retired as WorshipArts editor in 2019, having led the publication since 1991.

Erica Rushing

Communications Director: Erica is the WorshipArts Editor and manages the marketing and communications for The Fellowship.

Frank Shroyer

Serves as Event Manager for Music & Worship Arts Week, where he provides administration and direction for the annual gathering at Lake Junaluska.

Dr. Michael Dougherty

Serves as the Music and Worship Arts Week Design Team Chair, where he works with design team members to plan and implement the MWAW Event.

Serves as the coordinator for “Fellowship Connections,” a new and exciting program that will link our members one to one in three relationship supporting categories: Guides, Mentors and Cohort Groups.

Lindy Thompson

Lindy is a lyricist and poet who has been writing the weekly devotion for the Fellowship Reflections since Advent 2020.

Laurie Hanson Roberts

Laurie is currently working on her Meditation Certification and contributes to the Fellowship’s Weekly Reflections Devotional.

Sara Collins

Sara serves as the Reviews Coordinator on the Editorial Committee of WorshipArts Magazine.

Laura Bartlett

Laura is a past National Board President for The Fellowship, and provides proofreading and content for WorshipArts Magazine.

Rick Wiltse

Rick serves as the Advertising Coordinator, which involves coordinating physical & digital ads for WorshipArts magazine, as well as the website and various events and emails for The Fellowship.
