Welcome to Music & Worship Arts Week Registration!
Music & Worship Arts Week (MWAW) is a multi-generational event hosted by The Fellowship of Worship Artists, and highlights worship, music, art, education, and renewal at Lake Junaluska, in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. This annual event is designed for worship leaders, musicians, artists, dancers, actors, designers, and clergy and laity alike who seek to be cultivated and equipped in a setting which prioritizes inclusivity and grace.
Each registrant will be required to register and pay separately so that we can accurately track who is coming and in which areas you will be participating. If you are registering a group that is larger than five people, please email info@thefellowshipowa.org before you register, and we will contact you to help streamline this process.
As you scroll down, you'll notice that registration looks a little different this year! We know that different can sometimes be a little nervewracking, but the process is really quite simple once you get going.
On the first page, you'll see different "tickets". These tickets have been known as registration fees in the past, and are the way we are able to maintain a clear record of who will be joining us for our event. Please click the "more info" link if it appears to receive extra information about the different options you will be selecting.
You will NOT need to bring a ticket with you to MWAW, it is simply how the website processes your registration. Please select all that apply to the one individual registering, and click checkout. After you click checkout, you will be prompted to fill out the registration form and complete your registration. If you are a member of our website and are signed in at the time, some of the information will auto-populate. Please fill out the form completely, complete the checkout process, and that's it! You're registered! You will receive confirmation on screen, as well as a confirmation email with additional information.
If you wish to receive the $40 ADULT registrant discount associated with persons who have reserved through our group rate at the Lake Junaluska properties (Terrace Hotel, Lambuth Inn, or Lake Junaluska Apartments), you will need to make your hotel reservations BEFORE completing your Music & Worship Arts Week registration. We're looking forward to another year of partnership with them to make this week possible for all of you!
Once you have made your reservations with Lake Junaluska, select from one of the two tickets that include lodging. If you are a Fellowship Member, please select Adult – Member with Lodging. If you are not yet a Fellowship Member, please select Adult – Regular w/ Lodging. These two ticket prices have been adjusted to include the $40 discount. You will need to enter your reservation confirmation code in the MWAW Registration form, and these will be verified with Lake Junaluska prior to the event.

Completed Kindergarten - 6th Grade *This price is locked until April 1, 2023. On April 1st, this price will switch to the normal registration rate of $199.00.

On April 1st, it will become $199.00. *Sixth graders may choose to remain in the Wilson's Children's Complex, or to participate with the Middle School Choir. Sixth graders who participate in the Older Elementary Choir must be signed in and out of the building by a parent/chaperone. Sixth graders in the Middle High Choir are assumed mature enough to find their way to and from choir.
